I found their Job posting on LinkedIn and applied for Data/Business Solutions Analyst, recruiter responded in a week to 2 weeks time frame requesting for initial chat about the role and the expectations. This role is for the finance and accounting team, they had interviewed me through zoom for the first round and the director of finance team had interviewed me. Interview was more focused on the Scenario based questions and discussion went on for an hour. Pretty good discussion. They took almost 3 weeks to confirm that I have been selected and wanted to conduct a second zoom round which will have 5 rounds of interview with the finance and accounting team including the VP. This interview was scheduled with a week notice and this is an extensive interview to go over different financial processes including the month-end closures, business processes, reporting and automation to ease out business processes. The interview went pretty exciting and the conversation is pretty good as I have good experience in Finance domain and able to articulate them with right examples and scenario based answers. The finance director is pretty happy and redirected me to Legal team to get the details about immigration and respective processes involved as part of hiring. Again they took more than two weeks to confirm the results and the strange thing is recruiter said she have an update and scheduled a call. She said that they are not moving forward with my candidature as they have found another candidate and she does't have any specific feedback for me.
