Thanks for taking the time to write a review and I'm sorry we missed the mark here in your interaction with our team, both in the timeliness of the follow up but also the clarity on what we're looking for in our manager-level hires. The reality is that the team has a relatively open mind in terms of profile and background, but I can understand how that can be interpreted as a lack of decisiveness, so that's great feedback for our team on how we can better articulate the needs for a role, and also make sure we're clear in sharing feedback on why we may or may not move forward.
