I was given an interview with a recruiter ( the first of many interviews). Unfortunately I had a cold and couldn’t hear the question being asked so the interview felt very choppy and was cut short due to the awkwardness. The interviewer seemed keen to catch me up after my first mistake which was not hearing a question properly. It was very professional but at times the volume of the interviewer just wasn’t sufficient, it seemed like he may have been on speaker phone. Take this review with a grain of salt because it was my first phone interview ever. The interview was all very standard questions but sometimes two separate questions would be asked at once which was somewhat confusing.

The hiring process consists of an initial HR interview to assess cultural fit, followed by a technical interview to evaluate skills, and concludes with three separate one-on-one interviews with different managers expecting STAR responses.
