The interview process at Hubspot was unique, thorough and incredibly helpful. The first screening interview was a short video interview. The next interview was with a recruiting specialist, Johanna, who later saw and supported me through the entire process. After that, I interviewed with a member of the CSM team, then had a 2 hour video interview with four different CSM managers. During that interview, they asked regular hiring questions as well as roleplay. Finally, I interviewed with a CSM director.
Overall, it was the best interview process I've been a part of. Johanna was exceptionally clear, gave constructive feedback, and made me feel extremely supported and prepared throughout the entire process - she even called before and after the four person interview with recommendations and feedback! Everyone I met was a great representative of the company, with thoughtful questions and responses, and genuinely seemed excited to meet me and work for Hubspot.
