Overall, the interview process was pleasant! The interviewers definitely wanted to make sure that there was a good fit. There were 4 stages: 1. Video interview 2. Phone interview with HR 3. Phone interview with Head of Support 4. Interview at their offices - which included a demo on their product and 3 interviews with the Head of Support, Head of Services and Senior Implementation Specialist respectively.
