I heard about the position through an external recruiting firm. It was an HR position, so they bypassed the typical Recruiter phone screen, and I had phone screen directly with the hiring manager. I was then brought in tp meet various stakeholders who would interact with this position for both HR and IT. I rated the interview as "Very Easy" because it was a conversational interview versus the feeling questions were being checked off a list. Hubspot is clearly focused on cultural fit for their organization.
