J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez HubSpot (Dublin, Dublin) en avr. 2017
Entretien
Had a brief chat with a tech recruiter. Interview was very nice and relaxed.
Then I was handed a code assignment which was expected to be finished within 3 hours (you could start whenever you wanted, even days later, but after started, there is a rigid 3 hour window to complete the assignment).
The assignment is not rocket science, but it is hard to finish within 3 hours. I have completed in 4 hours.
As I failed the 3 hour limit, Hubspot did not proceed to the next round of interviews.

Tell me about your experience, what does a day of your work look like, etc
Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I'm sorry that you did not move forward in the process - we invested a lot of time to develop a code test that was indicative of the types of challenges and programming you'd encounter in your day-to-day here at HubSpot. While you didn't meet our time requirement this time, I'd encourage you to stay in touch with us and consider roles on our team in the future! - Becky

The process was ok until the last step but once I got to team match round I was told there are no roles available. If no roles available then why waste candidates time? So much effort goes into prepping and the recruiter just went MIA

Single exam no human interaction. The exam was like a college test, something completely unrelated to modern field work. Seemed a bit off base. Definitely didnt seem like a realistic approach to finding real humans to fit for a company.
