Hi there - thanks for your review and I'm sorry you had such a negative experience. I caught up with your team in Sydney and they fully acknowledge that we failed in our commitment to transparency here. In reality, we were dealing with changes in our headcount plan which, for better or worse, impacted the speed at which we could make decisions on hiring. That's no excuse for the lack of communication, and our team is taking this as a huge learning experience and are putting checks in place in our process to ensure this situation never happens again.
