      Entretien

      The interview process took about 2 weeks. I was contacted by their recruitment department and we went through my CV and skills over the phone. They asked me typical questions that were focused on matching my past experience with the skills required for the role. After the call, they gave me immediately the feedback, inviting me for a second interview. The second interview was a role playing over the phone with the hiring manager where I had to show off my client and marketing skills. It was a bit difficult but the manager was constantly guiding the conversation and being helpful. Again, I got the feedback right after the interview and I was invited to a three face-to-face interviews at their Dublin’s office. I met three different managers and each one covered one of these three different aspects: culture fit, role fit and behavioral questions. They were really friendly and helpful, and I actually enjoyed asking them some questions and knowing more about the company. One last time, I got the feedback the same day and they offered me the job. I couldn’t be happier with the whole hiring process, everyone who interviews you is efficient, honest and very helpful. From beginning to end, you feel that HubSpot really wants to hire you and values your skills and potential. I much appreciate the transparency and immediate feedback given by HubSpot after each step of the process; it helps you understand how you are doing so you don't end waiting for feedback for weeks or wasting your time. I would like to mention the amazing job done by Tania Perez, the EMEA Recruiter at HubSpot. Tania has not only been very efficient and supportive during the process, she has also helped me preparing the interviews and kindly guided me during the whole process. I will be starting soon and I am much looking forward!

      Very poor feedback after first interview and both the manager and the recruiter failed to respond when asked for more. Asked for feedback after the role play and I was told I had to be more concise, which I took and would have worked on. In my opinion there has to be another reason why I've been declined but this hasn't been told me, not even when I specifically asked for more information to improve in the future. Bad experience overall.

      I submitted my application online and was contacted to submit a video recording of myself responding to a few questions, to get a better feel for who I was. I then had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, leading to a phone discussion with a hiring manager. From there, I was brought in for a back-to-back formatted interview with five members of the HubSpot team. I was given a tour of the HubSpot campus when I arrived, and then met with each of the interviewers I had lined up. They were so personable and made me feel at home while we were conversing! I heard back the next day, and accepted an offer!

      Entretien

      I had to go through multiple conversations with different people on the team, where they asked me questions about previous experiences and culture related questions. I felt very comfortable talking to everyone, as it felt like a conversation.
