Immediate (as in, within a couple of hours!) contact after submitting my application asking for a phone screening with HR. After another phone interview with a hiring manager the following week and then an on-phone customer service role play, we set up a 3-hour long on site interview with 6 members of the Success team. I was extraordinarily impressed with the speed and efficiency with which each step was handled.
If you're lucky enough to work with Christiaan in HR, you'll not be disappointed. Half the reason I felt as confident as I did throughout much of the process (which ultimately led to my getting so far) was because of her support and encouragement and knowing that she would be right there to tell me exactly what to work on for the next steps. She's even been an advocate AFTER that whole process, keeping me in mind for other roles. Great follow-up, very personable and so evident that she really cares about your experience and success. A+ in my opinion.

Role Plays, some you are prepared for others more spontaneous. "Why Hubspot/why this role" was asked by every single person, so they're certainly keeping culture fit and commitment as a high priority (sometimes that kind of thing seems more like an ice-breaker, but you could tell they were really considering your response).
A lot of situational-type questions revolving around customer service/retention and negotiation.
