There were two phone screens- one with an HR representative and one with a woman in sales. After the phone interviews I moved on to one in-person interview with three different people and a tour of the company.

Entretien
It was a structured interview with introduction, experience and scenario questions.
Unfortunately the manager was terrible. She looked and sounded like she didn’t want to be there. After the interview I got feedback (which is in general nice), however the feedback I got did not match at all with the interview/answers given during the interview. Either the hiring manager did pay zero attention or I got mixed up with another candidate. Both is pretty frustrating and makes the company look like an unprofessional place to work and I probably dodged a bullet.

After the submission of my application, I received an email confirmation. The process has been streamlined. The first round of the interview was a video interview where they will prompt the questions on the screen and you are given a time limit to complete it.
