3 Stages (maybe more) - Phone call - Background and CV - Zoom - Further detail and short role-play - Assessment Centre - A short presentation on Hays (including their commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), a debate session, Q+A with senior staff member, more role-play and finally picking and presenting a CV in a mock sales pitch. They will then take you around the office for a short tour. One criticism is you cannot pay lip service to DEI if your office is 99% white, while based in a city that is a little over 53% white.

Very smooth. Went through two stages so far. Recruiter was very involved in the process and happy to answer any questions. Always full of relevant advice. Feedback was provided throughout each interview which was very refreshing.
