You send in a cv, and if you are shortlisted are invited to do a phone call scenario interview with other candidates for the role that you are applying to. Once you have been successful, you will be invited for a face to face interview.
it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.

First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
