A month after doing EA's test, I recieved an e-mail letting me know I passed the test successfully. I was told a date and time for a phone interview. It was about 1h long.
After this interview, I had to do another interview at EA's company. This one was a bit longer than the phone one.

I was asked what games I usually played, and if I played one or more of EA's games. I was also asked what genres and platform do I play more frequently.

I had a few interviews on zoom about the position, my background and my knowledge of the company. The whole process took from August, when I first aplied trough LinkedIn to November when I had the Job offer.

Fairly easy, I sent out my CV and got an interview meeting set up. During the interview, there were some easy test, to check my english skills (speech and writing), as well as the ability to spot bugs within games and prioritize them.
