recruiter screening - basic behaviorals
hiring manger - inquired about hypotheticals how the candidate would handle certain scenarios in the role, asked to pitch feature idea and how would i interact with execs. How do I communicate data to non-technical stakeholders?
Online interview with team members. Pretty nice and chill. Both sides will dive deep into their profile to get to know each other better. Not much stressed compared to some other US companies.
My experience with the initial recruiter screening was disappointing. The interviewer seemed disengaged, barely made eye contact, and treated the screening as a perfunctory task, wrapping it up in just 10 minutes. Despite my thorough preparation and follow-up questions, the conversation felt dismissive rather than professional.
