I first had a phone interview with HR, then with the head of research, and lastly I was invited for an in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of 5 interviews and 1 presentation with 8 people. I was charged the composing investment memos in advance of the interview. I was given two mutual fund prospectuses and accordingly made recommendations of whether the funds would be appropriate for Edward Jones Clients. Everyone was very smart and friendly. I was hoping to get the position but they informed me that they are going to pursue other candidates with more experience in analyzing mutual funds.
