Great benefits package, but they make it to difficult to avail yourself of most of it.
They have full heath coverage for family. They have pension plans and RRSP plans for families. They have various opportunities to win prizes and trips to exotic places all over the world. They take you to great places to eat for meetings and weekend trips to great locations that sometimes include the entire family

Worst thing is that it pales in comparison to industry standard beneftspackag.
Totally employee paid very expensive hard to manage when pay is so low to start overall coverage was ok

Even though I worked for Edward Jones they still charged $50 per trade to buy or sell an investment. In an online brokerage account I pay as low as $5 per to trade.
