Spoke with an HR rep from their corporate office. Very nice, not a difficult interview but it seems to me they push sales talent much more than financial knowledge. They were completely uninterested in the fact I was an MBA student with prior financial background and were more so proud of the fact they hire anyone and teach them how to be an advisor. I suppose it may be a good company but that was a major turn off for me.

The process takes about 1 to 2 months. It starts off with a call from the recruiter and then advances to in person interviews. It’s a very detailed process with instructions along the way.

The first interview is a digital interview. The next would be in person interview with the head of the office. They will also make you write a mock business plan.
