Sound, Organized. Appropriate for role for which I was applying. Professional interviewers. Recruiter made sure to keep me abreast of process. Roles in interview process were clear. Perhaps too many interviews for role. No variations in questions asked, repetitive across interviews.

Applied for a director-level position and received an email with a subject line stating I was "invited to interview with Edward Jones." The email stated my application had been reviewed and I was selected to move forward in their recruiting process. And then I was instructed to complete an "On-Demand Video interview." Major red flag, especially for a director role requiring a tenured professional.

I was being considered for multiple director level positions and had completed interviews. I recently found out that I have Asperger's and shared this information on LinkedIn. I noticed that several employees at Edward Jones viewed my LinkedIn profile and my post. Shortly, as in less than hour, after these employees viewed my LinkedIn profile I received automated notifications that I was no longer being considered for the positions for which I had interviewed. Coincidence? I don't think so. I think this speaks volumes about the ethics and DEI stance of this company. Shame on you Edward Jones.
