Applied through an email online and emailed back and forth within a weeks time to see if I was the right fit. From there I went to a phone screening which was very easy, just character questions and how I handled situations. Probably 4-5 weeks later I received an offer for a summer trainee job.

The process takes about 1 to 2 months. It starts off with a call from the recruiter and then advances to in person interviews. It’s a very detailed process with instructions along the way.
