I applied online and received a phone interview by one of the recruiters that consisted of situational questions. After the phone interview, I did the second process of signing some documents online and the next day, I received a call to have my second interview face to face.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
