Applied online through the Edward Jones site 1 phone interview for the multiple locations that I applied for and then a live interview with BOA if you move on. If you move on after the live interview with the FA, you complete a timed, online assessment, what would you do in this situation? type questions

STAR based for phone interview. Tell me about a time that you received feedback to change something from your manager
Long process with many steps. First start with video interview where you are given three tries to record your response. Next was a chat with their recruiter and some online testing.
Thorough venting process before interviews begin. They hire and promote from within so it can be hard to even get an interview. It is best to have someone you know fill out a letter of recommendation on their website when applying for a job.

Phone interview asked typical behavioral questions, 1:1 interview was unusual but FA told me it would be different in advance. Just moved to last step in interview process so don't know if I will get an offer or not.
