Very long process to weed out those who are not truly serious about the opportunity. First a phone interview, then an in-person interview, then constructing a business plan, ending with a "day in the life" simulation. Every part requires preparation and it is crucial that you know people in the company who can help prepare you for the last two steps

Entretien
There was three interviews involved in the process. The first one was over the phone, or a screening interview. Second one was in person with a Financial Advisor in Tucson. Finally, the last one was again over the phone. The last step is taking an assessment, which is the most difficult part of the interview process.

Entretien
the interview process consist of 10 steps. Three of the steps are interviews. Two through the phone and one in person interview. There is also a business plan you will sumbit and a final assessment called "Day in the life" to end it all. The interviews are mainly STAR questions about past experiences. If you make it to the last step make sure to prepare for the assessment and practice making cold calls with someone before.
