Went through six rounds of interviews over several weeks, with repeated mentions of “final rounds” and long periods of silence. Even traveled to meet in person for what was positioned as the final step. Ultimately rejected weeks later citing concerns that could have been clarified early on. Entire process felt drawn out, disorganized, and inconsiderate of the candidate’s time. Not a professional or respectful experience.

Applied online call booked by HR.
Call lasted 20-30 minutes which felt like a complete fishing exercise just one after another with very specific questions to salary, bonus structure, benefits and nothing motivational or fit. Felt like a rapid fire way to benchmark themselves with competitor info, most questions I felt uncomfortable to answer.
Followed by invitation to online test (numerical) to which I was told I would receive results / feedback. Absolute silence after following up. Followed by rejection generic email 3-4 weeks later.

Entretien
Took close to 3 months. First round 30min phone screening, then online tests, then 1 hr round with hiring manager, then 3 hour case study with two directors. If you pass the case study, you’ll progress to the last round which is a meeting with the partner.
