The interview process at EY was well-structured and professional. It began with an online assessment focused on logical reasoning and basic analytics, followed by two rounds of interviews. The first was a technical round where they asked about my proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools. The second round was more behavioral and project-based, focusing on real-world applications and communication skills. Overall, it was a smooth experience that tested both technical and interpersonal abilities.

Test sur ordinateur de 1h30 à faire (logique, maths, anglais, français, méthodologie de travail) puis entretien en présentiel dans les locaux à Paris avec le manager (1h). Il y a d'autres étapes après cet entretien mais je ne les connais pas.

it was nice - mostly focused on my analytical thinking
and also questions were on SQL and python - pandas in particular
so yeah focus on technical as well as analytical case studies and communication skills
