Overall great compensation in terms of benefits
The Fitness expense benefit was a great way to get me motivated to focus on my fitness.
Best- Sick leave Worst- No health benefit.
Excellent perks and environment. Private health insurance, pension, reasonable holidays, health spending allowances, trainings etc. Periodical events and free food.
The best part is the array of benefits. The worst part is that they justify lower salaries with the scope of the benefits plan, and not all benefits may apply to each employee.
Fitness benefit, insurance including dental etc. is provided . EY will also pay for most relevant external education i.e. CPA. There is no RRSP matching etc.

Not the greatest compensation, especially compared to federal government. Hard to continue working for private sector at this compensation level.
