The interview process was for the graduate program which involved multiple steps including a written application, online assessment, group assessment and interview with a senior manager. The online assessment involved doing a work simulation and assessed how you would respond in various situations. There was also a video interview component in the online assessment. For the group assessment, you are given a case study and some key questions to respond to as a group. For the interview with the senior manager, you will need to come prepared with your 'better question' and provide your rationale for the question.
