HR contact via LinkedIn and provided job description for an experience hired position in the FSO Tax Group. Screening via phone and then sent invitation for an office interview. Interview was after 2 weeks in the NYC office with 3 partners 1:1. Questions were related resume prior job experiences and how they can be leveraged into the EY Group

Work management related questions were asked, project management alternatives in difficult situation was asked.
Then regular question was asked if I have any queries or questions about the company... One can ask their queries there.

Interviews process is simple with background and behavioral questions. 30mins with 3 different people. Going through resume and relevant experience and asking questions about the company at the end. Salary is not discussed.

The interview was done by one partner in the tax department over Microsoft Teams. The partner seemed uninterested in the interview and my experience. They seemed quite dismissive of any outside big four experience.
