Application form including information such as Cover Letter, and no CV.
Numerical and Verbal reasoning test, followed by Situational Strengths and Business Behaviours Tests.
The numerical and verbal reasoning tests are not timed but they can see how long it takes you to answer the questions.
After passing these stages there is a telephone interview.

General strength based questions
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
