It was a rigorous but thorough process. It is one that will really test your ability even before onboarding. It is definitely not for the weak đ. But it was an educative process. It helps make you self aware.

Pick one IFRS and walk us through it's provisions.
The interview was conducted in person and lasted less than 40 minutes. It consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on my experiences, communication, and teamwork, along with a few basic technical accounting and audit questions.
Questions on modelling experience
Testing for linear and logistic regression
Time series components.
Generic questions on profile.
Short interview for 30 mins
Not selected for second round.
Need modelling development or validation knowledge
Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
