The process was easy and smooth, pretty straight forward. The most important part is that cultural-wise can get along with your hiring manager. There are 3 interviews only. Declined as the offer is not high enough for me to start working in a non-stop OT firm.

I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.

Three interviews spanning a month; there was efficient scheduling over email. All interviews were virtual and the interviewers had escalating seniority... everyone who I spoke with was pleasant. medium-plus difficulty
