Process began with campus recruiting. Campus events were a great help in securing the interview. On Campus Interviews were about 30-45 minutes. I knew I made it to second round interviews (office interviews) within a week. Office Interviews began with a quick presentation and tour of the office. The first day ended with dinner and a reception. The second day was a stream of about 3 interviews, a panel discussion, and a skills assessment.
