J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris plus de 12 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez EY (Kansas City, MO) en sept. 2015

Have you ever felt like livestock? Interview with EY is a lot like being in line to get killed at a slaughter house. Not that the questions they ask are difficult, they are easy. (Easy technicals and behavioral) I didn't even interview with a group in a major city. (I sure hope that bigger cities have better staff than I had to interact with)
First, it was like pulling teeth to get an interview. A majority of the campus recruiting people I interacted with ever got back to me when I enquired. (3.9 GPA student with relevant work experience)
Second, after the interview I had to email multiple people to figure out the status of the process. No one knew what was going on! One recruiter said "we are brining you in for final round interviews" and the other said "no we are not, we will call you."
After two weeks I got the generic "you are great but we are not hiring you" email.
Advice to EY - Get your recruiters on the same page. Most of them are mid twenty something girls who have no clue as to how to interact with people.
Advice to job seekers - I hope you get a better group of recruiting staff. The ones I dealt with were idiots.

there were three, one-hour interviews including one case study, overall, it wasnt too stressful of an experience, everyone was very nice and easy to talk to you, the case study also wasnt too difficult, you arent allowed to have a calculator
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez EY (Chicago, IL) en oct. 2019

first round interview was easy. It was 6 questions on a web platform that prompted video responses. The final round interview was a super day. They flew us all out to Chicago and we had to do two behavioral interviews followed by a case study. The behavioral interviews were easy- your typical questions about team work, etc. However, the case was extremely difficult; it was all number-oriented.

A few days after the employee I knew at EY submitted the referral, I was contacted by a Campus Recruiter and was told to submit my resume and complete a profile on the EY website. One week later I was sent a link to complete an online interview. It took about an hour. The questions were pre-recorded and I had 30 seconds to think about my answer before recording it for up to 3 minutes. After my recordings, I submitted it and a few days later they invited me to complete a second round interview in office. It was a Super Interview Day. They told us that we would know if we got an offer within 2 weeks of that interview. I received a phone call 5 days later and I received my letter a few days after that.
