After the application form, had to complete an online assessment, which was a combination of numerical, rating, and spoken-answer questions. This was then followed by an online 'Experience day', which was from around 8am to midday, and consisted of an individual written task and then a group activity where we had to agree on the best method to use going forward.

Entretien
Interview with the partner lasted for an hour including the presentation. There were strength based questions and questions about the presentations. I passed the interview and was put on the reserved list as the role had been filled.
