Entretien
Two 30 minute consecutive interviews asking behavioral questions. Interviews were with a senior manager located in the Houston office and the other in the New York office. They asked normal about 10 questions each, mostly trying to see how you handle certain scenarios.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at EY? Describe a time you solved a problem.
The process begins with an introductory colloquium where candidates are invited to briefly describe their personal hobbies in English to assess communication skills. This is followed by a rigorous technical interview focusing specifically on IFRS 15 and IFRS 16, designed to evaluate the candidate's in-depth knowledge of international accounting standards and their practical application.

Racconta esperienza in contabilità e come ti sei trovato
Interview was very systematic, asking for experience from past internships and school life. Interviewer was friendly but asked intelligent questions. Not many technical questions but more of critical thinking skills.
Proceso que consta de 3 fases principales:
1- Screening de CV
2- Entrevista Grupal 50% Español 50% Inglés sin preguntas técnicas
3- Entrevista presencial con Manager
Un proceso de selección muy bueno y con mucha atención de parte de RRHH.

En la entrevista grupoal se hacía un juego para observar tu colaboratividad y trabajo en equipo.
En la entrevista con manager fueron todo behavioral questions y background questions.
