First, you should pass 3 exams English ( 30 questions in 30 min ) Accounting ( 45 questions in 60 min ) Something like iq exam then after 3 days, you will have the interview

He starts giving me fake scenarios and asking me how I'm going to react in these situations 1. You worked with lazy co-workers and you have to do all of the job 2. You are dealing with a bad boss and he keeps asking you to repeat the tasks 3. You are dealing with a difficult client that refuses to give you the invoices and checks What are your strength and weakness? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why should we hire you?
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
