Very relaxed, the partners just want to see if you're the right fit for the company and explain how the first few months of the job will be. Technical knowledge was not explicitly tested although they did ask a few questions about what I had experience in.

Passed two interviews with senior managers. The last step was a technical test in credit risk modelling if you know the loan lending data from jagged it was the same case. I had to build a model to predict loan default using Python or R.
