I had to go through one round of HR and a more technical round with a practice member on phone before I was shortlisted for SuperDay. On the super day, I was lined up for 5 back to back interviews with One HR and 4 practice folks (senior managers and partners). It was a great positive experience, there primary focus is on your experience that is on CV, and how your skill aligns with the practice you are being interviewed for. Definitely a prior experience in a big consulting firm or big 4 will add weight to your candidacy.
Quick and transparent process supported by their talent acquisition partners. Unlike many other hirers, they actually provided feedback following interviews! The interviews were mostly conversational and not relying on the STAR approach.

I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
