The questions were fair and thorough. It was through an on campus recruiting program. There were three different other seniors and managers that were part of the process. They provided good information about the company.

Easy, they are just asking behavourial questions. For a starting career in Halifax, the pay was low for a master degree. But they are willing to negotiate depending of your skills and your experience

Pre-recorded video interview, after you pass, you will have an interview with the hiring manager, and lastly partner. Be prepare to answer behavioral questions, and stay confident, don't stutter or have any funny body languages.

Entretien
The whole recruitment process took about two weeks, including a Hirevue interview followed by final interviews with a partner and a senior manager. I received the result three days after the final interview.
