Excruciatingly painful and lengthy process. It took 3 months from start to end. 1 recruiter phone call followed by a month long wait to get a video panel interview. Both interviews were easy and pretty straightforward. Took 1 month to hear back from the recruiter after repeated follow ups.

Interview was with 2 people, virtual interviews. 1 with Manager level - very behavioral heavy, less conversational, some Q&A. 2nd with Partner level - very conversational, asking on previous experience, experience with tech, what industries I expertised in, etc.

Entretien
The process was okay but the feedback after the interview was not.
I mean if the person didn't qualify, why not send out the email in the latest days or even a week after the interview but you wait for over a year before you send an email that the person didn't qualify with no feedback on why whatsoever
Very laid back process and felt more like a conversation than an interview. A lot of the focus was on learning about the firm and then I was given time to ask questions.
