J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez EY en sept. 2012
Entretien
Behavioral interview with three people. They all asked pretty much the same question related to my experience and scope of work. I would suggest that you find out about the needs for that particular group you are interviewing for. Then customize your experience to the need and identify buzz words to throw in there. The key thing is to be confident and concise and humble at the same time.

I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
