Entretien
Zuerst gab es eine kurze Vorstellungsrunde, danach stellte der Senior Consultant einige technische Fragen zu Regularien im Bereich Sustainable Finance. Schließlich stellte der Manager noch administrative Fragen zu Kündigungsfrist und Gehalt. Insgesamt dauerte das Interview rund 45 Minuten.

It was a 3-month internship working with securities. Since the HR took a long time, the project manager personally reached out to me to arrange an interview. The interview was easy-going at a cafe. But the questions were focused on how I will perform research in areas that I am not a professional in.

I had a coding assessment, communication assessment and technical interview. The coding assessment had mcqs and 2 coding questions. The communication assessment was given to check our communication skills. The technical interview was on financial services. I was asked to write a document on any project I've done. I was also asked dsa. I also had to explain my projects.
