The interviewer asked to tell him about myself and going through my CV, transcripts and submitted essay. I was given 3 topics to choose from to write a 150 words essay. then, I needed to explain why I choose the essay topic.
It was done in 3 phases. First a short Call interview , then a group interview and then a personal interview with two mangers to asess my knowledge and language level

Assessment Centre:
Self-introduction (around 2 min)
Business case study (around 1.5 hours): 15 min independent reading, 2 min individual, 40 min group discussion, 15 min presentation
