Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez EY (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
Standard online application followed by numerical and situational judgement tests, as well as a couple of pre recorded video interview questions. An assessment centre followed which was a bit of a shambles. Around 120 people attended but some had been told to arrive an hour later than others, meaning I and many others had to stand around for that time. The AC was an all day event but tasks only took up about 2 and a half hours. Fewer people and a shorter time (either just morning or afternoon) would have been much more efficient. I passed the AC but then had to wait almost two month me for a final partner interview, despite being told this would be arranged within two weeks. I found the student recruitment team to be particularly unhelpful during this period and there was minimal communication I.e. not answering emails and scripted telephone responses. My partner interview was a pleasant experience; I had to give a short presentation and then there was a 20 minute discussion about myself, my aims and aspirations and why I wanted to join EY.
