I have been approached by a consultant (ACZ Global) for an interview conducted by EY on 6th July 2019. First of all, i was not told whether it was a interview drive. Moreover the interview coordinator (Mohan) was not found so the guard sent the power bi candidates for .Net developer interview which we happened to know after some time. After waiting for a long, i was called for the interview and interviewer (Shrikant) asked few questions which i answered correctly. when he is done with his questions . I was waiting for the result but i got to know that the interview panel is on break for 40 minutes so i connected with the resume coordinator to know about the interview feedback. When I was told that my candidature is rejected then i asked HR on what grounds it got rejected because i was very about my interview and rest of the things happened in interview, it went really very well. I kept asking the HR and told consultant to confirm with HR what went wrong but i have not received any response from them except the feedback is not positive.

There were 2 rounds on interview. Both Technical. They provided a dataset and asked to complete a bunch of questions No HR Round was held. Salary negotiation is a bit difficult here as my HR said if I have other offers in my they they will think of negotiating any further.
