I applied through on-campus recruiting. I had an initial one-on-one interview with a senior manager for about 30 minutes on campus. After this interview, I was given an online writing assessment, where I had 1 hour to write 300-500 words in response to a prompt. I then had a "Super Day" in the Ernst & Young office. This consisted of an office tour, a presentation about the company, 2 behavioral interviews, 1 case interview and lunch. The behavioral interviews were very informal and conversational, they were mainly to assess how sociable and personable you are (since the firm has a heavy emphasis on its "people culture"). The case interview was more technical, but not overly difficult.
