After the initial screening I'm invited to a written English and accounting test. About a week later, I was invited for in-person user interview with 2 senior managers and a manager. Three weeks later (after 2 follow-up emails) they offer me the job. The whole process took about 5-6 weeks

1. Applied online
2. a few days later the HR invite me to the test
3. Then interview with the senior manager
4. A few days later, I was invited to the interview session with the director

First round interview with senior manager in Cantonese and Mandarin, followed by a second round interview with partner in English on the same day.
