Multiple levels of review: firstly with HR via phone (15 mins), then with 2 Managers in person (less than 2 hours in total), the next is back to back interview with 2 Senior Managers (30 mins each). The last one is with Partner (<30 mins).

Question 1
It depends. HR asked me to go through my resume, managers were interested in my previous experiences. One Senior Manager tried to figure out my timeline from 2012 to 2019 (I quit my first job to do master, which confused her somehow). Partner is more interested in have a casual conversation with me, or know more about me as a person so to speak.
