Saw a job description online and applied online. Within half hour got an email from HR to schedule a phone interview. The next day attended the phone interview.. basic qs why EY and salary requirements. The next steps was that a regional HR will get in touch and then the hiring team. After a week no response followed up and was said that due to vacation period no one was available and to wait for a week. I waited 2 weeks and followed up. After my second follow up in few hours got the auto rejection email..
The first round was done through hirevue by recording your answers to various questions and prompts, took approximately 30 mins. Second round interview was with a manager and then a partner, mainly asked just behavioral questions and reviewed my background.
