I interviewed separately with four different people, all in one day. Two senior managers, two partners, and lunch with two tax seniors. I was asked about my experience and basic behavioral questions. The interviews should be somewhat straightforward if you are able to carry on a conversation. It is important to do your research about your interviewers because it shows you have an interest in not only EY, but also your future coworkers.
